SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you opt in to receive text messages from SYE Group LLC. SYE Group LLC operates booking and customer-service phone lines for services it runs directly, including its wedding gown lending gemach, the AI Secretary booking line, and charity events. By providing your phone number on our signup form and checking the consent box, you agree to the terms below.
1. What you will receive
Transactional text messages only:
- Booking confirmations after you reserve a time slot
- Day-before reminders the evening before your appointment
- Same-day reminders a few hours before your appointment
- Return reminders if you have borrowed an item
- Replies to questions you text us about hours, location, or availability
We will not send you marketing offers, promotions, or third-party advertising on this number. If you stop using the service, we stop texting.
2. Message frequency
Up to 5 messages per booking. Frequency varies depending on whether you have an active booking. There is no fixed weekly or monthly cap because messages are tied to your appointments.
3. Cost
Message & data rates may apply. SYE Group LLC does not charge you for messages. Your mobile carrier may charge standard SMS or data rates based on your plan. Check with your carrier.
4. Consent is not a condition of purchase
You do not have to consent to text messages to use our services. If you prefer email or phone confirmation, just tell us when you book and we will accommodate.
5. How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages on that number. You can also email support@aisecretaryhelp.com to opt out.
To resubscribe later, reply START to the number you previously texted with, or sign up again on the website.
6. How to get help
Reply HELP to any message for an automated response with our contact info, or email support@aisecretaryhelp.com directly.
7. What we store about your phone number
When you opt in, we record the following on our server:
- Your phone number (in E.164 format, e.g. +13476620889)
- The exact consent text you agreed to (verbatim)
- The page you opted in from
- Your IP address at the time of opt-in
- The timestamp of your consent
This record exists for one reason: to prove you opted in if your mobile carrier ever asks. We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your phone number with anyone. We do not use it for marketing.
SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All of the categories of information described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your phone number and consent record for as long as you are subscribed, plus four years after you unsubscribe. Carriers can audit opt-in records up to four years back. After that, we delete the record.
If you want us to delete your record sooner, email support@aisecretaryhelp.com and ask. We will delete within seven days. Note that this also opts you out of future messages.
9. Who sees your phone number inside SYE Group LLC
The only people who can see your phone number are SYE Group LLC's owners and the SMS messaging vendor we use to send and receive text messages (currently Telnyx). The vendor is contractually bound not to use it for anything other than delivering our messages.
10. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will email you (if we have your email) or send a text notifying you, before the change takes effect. You can opt out at that point with no penalty.
