SMS keywords — what each one does
- STOP — Reply STOP to any text message we send and we will stop messaging you. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no more messages. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPTOUT all work the same way.
- HELP — Reply HELP and you will get an auto-response with our support email and a reminder of how to opt out. INFO works the same way.
- START — If you previously opted out and want to start receiving messages again, reply START. You will get a confirmation that you are resubscribed. UNSTOP works the same way.
I got a text but never signed up
That should not happen. We only send to phone numbers that opted in through our signup form. If you received a text from us and did not opt in, reply STOP and email support@aisecretaryhelp.com with the message you received. We will investigate within one business day.
How do you handle my phone number?
See our SMS Terms for the full answer. Short version: we store your number, the consent you gave, and your IP at the time of opt-in, only so we can prove to your mobile carrier that you asked for the messages. We do not sell, share, or rent your number to anyone.
Message frequency
Up to 5 text messages per booking. If you do not have an active booking with us, you will not receive any messages.
Costs
We do not charge you for messages. Your mobile carrier may charge standard SMS or data rates based on your plan.
